A four-day-old baby armadillo rests after it was bottle-fed by zookeeper in Managua, capital of Nicaragua on 14th.
4匹のアルマジロの赤ちゃんは、母親が当地郊外で密猟者らによって殺されたため放置されていたところを村人に発見され、飼育員のビル・ララさんに引き渡された。
しかし、動物園が手狭なため、ララさんは、赤ちゃんたちが野生に戻るのに十分な大きさに成長するまで自宅で面倒を見ている。
Four baby armadillos were handed over to zookeeper, Bill Lara by villagers who found it abandoned in a field after its mother was killed by poachers on the outskirts of Managua.
Due to the shortage of space in the zoo, Lara is currently taking care of the armadillos in his home until they are old enough to be released back into the wild.
