三菱自動車工業の益子修社長は26日、本社（東京都港区）ショールームの開設イベントであいさつし、今夏としていた電気自動車「アイミーブ」の発売を7月に決めたことを明らかにした。
1年目は法人向けに2000台の販売を計画。早期に1万台に引き上げる。

Mitsubishi Motors, to begin domestic sales of "iMiEV" the electric vehicle in July / to supply to Monaco

Osamu Masuko, president of Mitsubishi Motors Corporation, announced the release of "iMiEV" the electric car in July which was planned in this summer during the greeting in the opening event of showroom of Headquarters (Minato, Tokyo) on 26th.
The plan of the first year is to sell 2000 units mainly for corporate customers, then, to increase 10,000 units at an early period.

また三菱自動車工業は27日、モナコに電気自動車「アイミーブ」を10─15台納入すると発表した。モナコは2009年末から郵便局や電話局、政府系のカジノホテルなどで試験的に使用する。
三菱自動車は電気自動車の海外普及に向け、北米やニュージーランドなどでも「アイミーブ」の実証試験を行っている。日本国内では7月から法人向けに販売を開始する。

And also Mitsubishi Motors announced on 27th about the supply of 10-15 units of "iMiEV" the electric vehicle to Monaco. Monaco will use the vehicle on the post office and telephone office, and the casino hotels of the government as a test from at the end of the year 2009.
Mitsubishi Motors has been putting into trial operations in New Zealand and North America for the spread of electric cars on the abroad. Domestic sales will start from July for corporate customers.
